Terms & Conditions

Weekly bookings start on a Saturday from 4.00 pm until 10 am the following Saturday. Christmas and New Year bookings start on Monday 21st and 28th December 2009.

Short breaks of less than a full week are available outside school holidays.
Short breaks must be a minimum booking of three nights and booked four weeks in advance.

Prices are in pounds sterling per week and include electricity, heating, hot water, bed linen and towels.

Terms & Conditions:

• - 20% rental confirms booking with remaining 80% payable four weeks before arrival.
• - A bond damage/security of £100 may be invoiced with balance of rental - refundable  if property is left as on arrival.
• - Any cancellations must be made as quickly as possible to allow for possible re-letting.  Monies will be refunded only if re-letting is achieved. We advise clients to insure against  unforeseen cancellations.
• - Any problems must be presented to the owners as quickly as possible to allow for a  speedy  resolution . We are at hand and here to help.
• - The number of occupants booked to stay in the property must not be exceeded.
• - Occupants are kindly asked not to smoke inside the house.
• - Pets welcome. A deposit against any damage & a cost against any necessary cleaning will be charged.
